Our team is head by Managing Director, Lee Ambrose. He ensures customer satisfaction and quality workmanship on all jobs.
Lee Ambrose
Managing Director
Lee builds relationships on a foundation of integrity and respect, and is known for his good nature. His positive attitude and contagious smile will leave an unwavering drive to deliver the best in custom building. The energy he puts in daily defines the success of Ambrose.
Lee has a great relationship with our clients, and constantly gets repeat business and referrals because of his easy-going manner and hands-on approach.
Melissa Ambrose
Finance and Marketing Director
Melissa is the Co-Founder at AMBROSE Design and Construct. Over the past 6 years her roles in the business have changed as the company has grown.
Melissa is our HR and Marketing Manager and has a love for Property Development, Photography and beautiful spaces.
Mummy to 3 beautiful boys, one cute cavoodle named Huxley and married to Lee, keep her very very busy!

Meet Alex, our exceptional site manager who brings a direct attitude and no-nonsense approach to every project. With a proactive mindset, he fearlessly takes charge, ensuring tasks are completed efficiently and effectively.

Meet Shaun, our super star Site Foreman. If you’ve been watching one of our more technical builds come to life lately, chances are Shaun’s been behind the scenes making it all happen. Shaun has been part of the AMBROSE team for 5 years and is no stranger to being named Employee of the Month. He’s known for taking ownership of complex projects from start to finish and managing the moving parts with a calm, methodical mindset that keeps everything (and everyone) on track.
Whether it’s leading a full site or jumping in to support the team elsewhere, Shaun’s reliability and work ethic never go unnoticed. He’s the kind of guy who quietly gets the job done, and done well. His attention to detail and commitment to excellence continue to raise the bar on what we deliver, and it’s no surprise our clients love working with him just as much as we do.
